55 Victoria Street

55 Victoria Street is a residential conversion and extension of a former office building. Orona installed a duplex pair of 13 person, 1000kg lifts and with speeds of 1.6 m/s. 

The entrance of the building is defined by an ornate, double-height, brick clad lobby reflecting the "New York" loft quality that the developer has aspired to. With the aim of maintaining the exclusivity of the building the interiors of the lift were personalized with bespoke finishes keeping the same line.
